Bezy.io — User Data Deletion

How to delete your data

You can request deletion of all your personal data and account information from Bezy.io. This includes all contacts, campaigns, integrations, and any data associated with your account.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. Log in to your Bezy.io account.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Click "Delete Account" and confirm.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to ronshuster99@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Bezy.io account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Disconnecting Facebook / Instagram

To disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from Bezy.io and remove the access token we hold:

  1. Log in to Bezy.io and go to Integrations.
  2. Click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram.

Alternatively, you can revoke Bezy.io's access directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find "Bezy.io" and click Remove.
