1. Introduction

Bezy.io ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bezy.io platform, a sales and AI automation tool for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
• Social account data: when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or Google account, we store the OAuth access token and basic profile information (name, email, account ID) from that platform.
• Business data: contacts, conversations, campaigns, and other content you create inside the platform.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Bezy.io platform.
• To connect to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google) on your behalf using the permissions you grant.
• To communicate with you about your account and updates to the service.
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns.

4. Data from Facebook / Meta Products

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we receive an access token and basic profile data (name, email, page list) through the Meta Login API. We use this data solely to operate the integration features you requested. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

You can revoke Bezy.io's access to your Facebook/Instagram account at any time through your Facebook settings under "Apps and Websites", or by disconnecting from within Bezy.io. Upon disconnection, your access token is deleted from our database.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to operate the service (Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for infrastructure) and only to the extent required.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by visiting our data deletion page or by contacting us at the email below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure token storage. Access tokens from third-party platforms are stored encrypted at rest.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us or use the data deletion link above.

9. Email Open & Click Tracking

When you use Bezy.io to send email campaigns to your own contacts, the platform can measure whether those emails were opened and whether links inside them were clicked. This is done using a small, invisible tracking image (a "pixel") embedded in the email and by routing links through a Bezy.io redirect that records the click before forwarding the recipient to the destination.

We record only aggregate engagement data: that a message was opened or a link was clicked, and the time it happened. This tracking is performed entirely by Bezy.io and is not shared with any third-party marketing or advertising service. As the sender, you are the controller of the campaigns you send, and you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and, where required, the recipient's consent to contact them.

Transactional messages such as appointment confirmations are not tracked for marketing purposes.

10. Cookies

Bezy.io uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies. We distinguish between:

• Essential cookies — required to operate the service, keep you signed in, and secure your session. These are always active because the service cannot function without them.
• Optional cookies — used to remember preferences and to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. These are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

When you first visit the site you are asked to accept or decline optional cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

11. Israeli Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13 / תיקון 13)

Bezy.io operates from Israel and complies with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment No. 13 (תיקון 13), which entered into force in August 2025. In accordance with that law:

• Purpose limitation. We collect personal data only for the purposes described in this policy — operating the platform and the integrations you request — and we do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
• Transparency and consent. You are not legally obligated to provide your data, but certain features cannot operate without it. By using the service you consent to the processing described here.
• Right of access, correction and deletion (עיון, תיקון ומחיקה). You may review the personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected if inaccurate, and request its deletion, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Data security. We apply the security measures required under the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, including encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level isolation so each account can access only its own data.
• Database controller. The controller of the database is the operator of Bezy.io, reachable at the contact address below for any privacy request or complaint.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות).
